Hot on the heels of our recent infrastructure upgrade we have done quite a bit of code housekeeping. A lot of the stuff you don't see, but it makes a big difference in the general browsing of the application. The chart above is a snapshot from this morning already showing a big decrease in page load times.
Updated contact and list search
|From the contacts screen you can now search for list names as well as individual contacts by number, name or other custom fields.
This feature is a boon for clients that have lots of lists. We have also completely optimised our database so searches now take just a second or two.
Export activity as CSV file
|A very highly requested feature has been the ability to export filtered activity as a CSV file.
With our new optimised database and high performance platform, we are now able to offer this feature. Simply select your data using the filters and click 'Export' to get the data as a CSV file.
Reply directly from responses panel of campaign report
|In response to numerous client request you can now reply directly to campaign replies from the response panel of your campaign report. This enables you to respond to any enquiry or issue that may need an urgent response.
Just view the responses tab and click 'Reply' in the actions column to launch a pre-populated Quick SMS window.
