We have a generically branded user guide in the help section of your reseller account footer which your client can download and use and there is also a generic FAQ.
We are also able to take a reasonable number of technical support enquiries should you or your clients get stuck. Just submit a ticket here at support.burstsms.com and we will get back to you as fast as we can with an answer. We generally like to have 24hrs to answer enquiries but will generally get back to you straight away.
